What I do, at its most basic level, is help clients solve problems by applying my legal knowledge and experience to achieve the solution that best meets client objectives.

Problem solving starts with a careful analysis to identify the real problem, the range of possible solutions and the means of achieving same in order to develop a strategy for achieving the solution in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

In addition to resolving existing problems, problem solving also involves pro-actively alerting clients to legislative changes and to changes in interpretation of the law in order that clients can take advantage of opportunities presented or attempt to prevent problems occurring.
